South of the Border Potatoes

1 packet Texas Tango dip mix
4-6 red potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1” cubes. Blend oil and mix in plastic bag. Toss potatoes in mixture until
well coated. Place potatoes on well greased 9X13 pan. Bake 45 min to 1 hour.
