Rice, Broccoli, and Cheese Casserole

1 packet Very Veggie dip mix
1/2 cup rice
1 small onion
3 Tbsp butter
2 packages chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups cream of mushroom soup

Saute onion in butter.  Cook rice.  Cook broccoli and drain.  Combine mix onion, rice, broccoli, cheese, and mushroom soup and put into 8X8 casserole dish.  Bake 20 min at 350.
