Popeye’s Pinwheels

1 packet Splendid Spinach dip mix
2  8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp water
6  8 inch flour tortilla shells

Combine mix, cream cheese, and water.  Mix at medium speed until smooth.  Spread on tortilla shells.  Refrigerate for at least an hour.  Roll shells and cut into pinwheels.
