Fancy Salmon Cakes

1/4 cup margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 lb. canned salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup reserved salmon liquid
1/4 cup oil

Saute mix in melted butter for several min. Mix eggs, sauteed mixture, salmon, 1/3 cup crumbs and
a little liquid. Shape mixture into 6-8 patties. Roll patties in remaining crumbs, coating well. Fry in oil for 5 min on each side. Drain and serve hot.
